Shipping Policy

Every order is packed with care by me, Shanetta. Here's what to expect:

Processing time: I personally pack and ship every order as quickly as I can — most orders leave within a few business days.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and your order. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprises.

Digital products: My memoir Heaven on Earth is delivered as an instant download — no shipping needed. You'll get your download link right after checkout.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information.
