Refund policy

I want you to love everything you receive. Here's my promise:

Physical products: You may return physical products within 30 days, in original, unused condition. Please contact the store first for return instructions. If something arrives damaged, send me a photo and I'll replace it or refund you — your choice.

Digital products: Digital products, including the Heaven On Earth download, are non-returnable once downloaded, except if the file fails to download, in which case it will be resent or refunded.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received.

Candles are hand-poured to order with care. If yours arrives less than perfect, let me know and we'll fix it together.
